I lost over 190 pounds!

Hi! I've lost 190 pounds since June, 2003. I didn't do any special diet, just counted calories and weighed myself every day. I keep track of my weight with a software package based on the "Weight" package by Mark Simpson. One of these days I'll have a nice releasable package of my version.

The most inspirational Diet Book I've read is the online book The Hacker's Diet by John Walker.
